Dan Griffin, the head baker and mastermind behind Lovejoy Bakers, brings 15 years of experience to this new venture. With a background in baking and extensive apprenticeships with such known bakers as Michel Suas, Didier Rosada and Phillipe LeCorre, Dan's talents do not go unnoticed!
