The Metropolitan, a landmark urban renewal project in Portland’s Pearl District, has received Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification at the silver level. The certification is yet another example of Hoyt Street Properties’ dedication to creating an eco-friendly living environment in the Pearl District.
This year Hoyt joined the fight against breast cancer by organizing a community team for the 17th Annual Komen Race for the Cure. Tapping the spirit of the Pearl District, PinkPearls became a neighborhood-wide team dedicated to raising money to support breast cancer research, education and treatment.
